Project: Strategic plan and marketing campaign
Realtime are an established IT and AV technology company. With the IT market saturated with cheap companies, Realtime wanted to raise the perception of their specialist skills to a higher level than the mass market. Our initial brief was to develop a marketing strategy that would enable them to diversify into a more upscale marketplace.
Button’s role: Marketing strategy, rebranding, website development, online marketing and lead generation
We worked on all elements of the marketing planning process at both a macro and micro level, including research into their new market, identifying their target audience and understanding their competitors. Once the business plan was in place we developed a new visual identity which involved updating their existing logo and creating a new website. Going forward, we are continually developing their communications strategy. The main driver is regular online communication in the form of an e-newsletter that keeps their database of contacts informed of all the latest developments in the world of AV. We have set up Google analytics and are monitoring their website traffic and developing their strategy accordingly.
Benefits
New leads and visitor traffic is increasing and to continue this trend, we are working on their social media strategy including developing their Linkedin profiles plus Twitter and Facebook accounts.
