Event: Invitation-only senior executive briefing
We arranged two champagne and canapé senior executive briefings at the Dorchester Hotel in London. These featured presentations given by global leaders in customer experience excellence.

Button’s role: Project management, event management and lead generation
Our task was to project manage the events, from sourcing a suitable venue, designing the invitations to filling the room with 40 senior corporate executives – all within a tight deadline. Our business development team cleaned up the client’s database to ensure that we contacted the correct person with the correct salutation and job title. We designed and sent out beautifully crafted invitations and followed up to encourage attendance and gain commitment. Meanwhile, we organised all the required elements, including audiovisual equipment, seating arrangements, canapé and champagne menus and overnight accommodation for VIPs.
