Event: Conference and evening entertainment
A spectacular conference with evening entertainment was required to mark a unique turning point in this company’s strategy. It was critical that the design and content of the conference gained buy-in and boosted morale amongst their management team.

Button’s role: Project management, event management and marketing strategy
Working closely with the client, we shaped the content of the conference and designed appealing events that would be fun and motivate the 120 attendees. Our comprehensive project management role included venue-finding, menu planning, stage design, running order and conference design, audio visual requirements, catwalk show to showcase new uniform design and a ‘feel good’ DVD showcasing the team’s achievements over the past year. The culmination was an evening of cocktails and fun at Warwick Castle.
