A garden and leisure industry event attracting more than 25,000 retailers, distributors, wholesalers, importers, exporters and suppliers of garden, pet and leisure products. This show was of huge strategic importance and required an exceptional stand plus pre-publicity campaign.

The coffee bar industry is a highly competitive environment and this retailer needed to ensure that its offer and communications delivered compelling messages to customers. Its existing menu boards, product photography and menu cards were dated and failed to make its offer look appetising.

WOLF-Garten needed to increase sales at the critical point of purchase in their garden centres. They acknowledged that their existing merchandising principles and Point of Sale were inconsistent and that the messaging did not aid consumer decision-making.
Event: Consumer PR Event at Vinopolis
During the summer months, Tchibo needed to embark on a publicity campaign in order to maximise consumer publication coverage for its Christmas product range. Critical to success was to ensure as many consumer journalists as possible attended the event in Central London.
